What if my PEPFAR SharePoint account is linked to a non-USG e-mail address?

The standard policy for creating a PEPFAR SharePoint account is to have a USG e-mail address that ends in either .gov or .mil.  Accounts can also be created for users with e-mail addresses ending in,,

PEPFAR SharePoint accounts may be approved for creation with a non-USG e-mail address on a case-by-case basis.

If your PEPFAR SharePoint account was created using a non-USG e-mail address, you have a temporary PEPFAR SharePoint account that is active for 6 months from the date of creation.  If the account needs to be extended after the initial 6-month period, it can be extended for another 6 months with approval.  Once you receive your .org, .gov or .mil e-mail address, please submit a ticket to the Help Desk to inform them of your new e-mail address so your profile can be updated. The Help Desk team will contact you every 30 days to check in and remind you of the expiration date.
